Clarke County wins 62-7 on Homecoming night to wrap up Spirit Week

BERRYVILLE, Va- The Clarke County Eagles ran their record to 6-0 with a 62-7 pounding of the Madison County Mountaineers on Homecoming night.


The win moves the Eagles to 3-0 in the Bull Run District, and Madison (2-4) drop to 2-1 in the District.


Eagle senior quarterback Sean McDonald rushed for 5 touchdowns and threw for 1. Matt Dang scored on a fumble for the defense and had several long runs in the backfield.


Dang and McDonald, along with Coach Chris Parker speak with Moe Murphy after the game. The Eagles head to Woodstock next week to face the Central Falcons.
