Cory Colder interview after Briar Woods win by Moe Murphy

BRAMBLETON, -(12-1-12)  Briar Woods Falcon running back Cory Colder had a big day on his final game at home. The Falcons defeated the Courtland Cougars 45-15 in the VHSL Region II Div. 4 semi finals played at Briar Woods High School.

Colder rushed for 182 yards on 30 carries and scored four touchdowns. Colder spoke with Clarke County Sports Moe Murphy after the game and shared his views on his four year career at Briar Woods and his third trip to the upcoming State Championship game at Liberty University in Lynchburg.
 
The Falcons will play Heritage (Lynchburg) as they look to "Three-Peat" as VHSL State Champions.

  1. This Kid is a Great Player and a Great Kid. He could have rushed for over 2000 yards. He was pulled from most games due to margin of scores and sportsmanship. It probably cost him in receiving All State Honors and a few scholarship offers but, he's a 3 Time State Champion. What would they have done without him the past 2 seasons?
