Kammerdiener sets rushing record in Freedom’s win over Champe by Moe Murphy

Michael Fischetti and Kareen Watson Interview

PURCELLVILLE, VA- (Oct. 12, 2012) Potomac Falls Panther QB Michael Fischetti and RB/DB Kareen Watson speak with Moe Murphy after the Panthers 22-13 victory over the Loudoun Valley Vikings. Fischetti passed for one score (25 YD to Watson) and ran for one TD.

Watson caught Fischetti's TD pass and returned an interception on the last play of a game for a pick six.

BERRYVILLE, VA - Oct. 5, 2012  The Clarke County Eagles defeated the Madison County Mountaineers to get their first Bull Run District win on Homecoming Night at "the Felt".

Davey Hardesty scored both touchdowns for Clarke. The first score was a 55 yard touchdown reception from Sean McDonald (see below). The second a 1 yard run.  More coverage with photo's and interviews coming soon.

LEESBURG, VA-  The two-time defending Virginia Division 4 state champion Briar Woods High School football team started this season with a slogan: “Stay humble, stay hungry.”
 
The Falcons proved their desire Sept. 28, dismantling previously unbeaten Tuscarora 35-6 to earn their 20th straight victory.  
 
“Our seniors got together at the beginning of the year and our number one motto was stay humble, stay hungry,” said senior running back Corey Colder, who has totaled 553 yards and nine touchdowns on the season. “That’s something coach instilled in us two years ago when we started this and we keep that going week after week.”
